How does coaching work?

Coaching is an interactive one on one experience where we discover the areas that need to have a place to be set free, redefine the subconscious thoughts and release the people and areas that have brought the pain.

Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist. With the exception of hurting yourself or others.

How long does it typically take to see results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.

Do i have to be a christian to work with you?

No. We can work on trauma and healing of yourself and memories. Total freedom only comes in Christ, so it will be good but limited with ties to the spiritual aspects.

What is a heart barrier scan?

A heart barrier scan tests the energy level around your heart to identify emotions that are established around your heart. Scientifically they have shown that traumatic emotions can be passed down multi-generations. Releasing these barriers can help you relationships, feelings, fears, etc. Quantum entanglements also keep up tied to people and emotions.

What Do tuning forks do?

Tuning forks use a specific sound vibration to bring the mind, body and spirit back to balance. We are infiltrated with frequencies from computers, phones, etc which our bodies absorb and are affected. We use only Solfeggio tuning forks plus the 444 which is called King David's sound. Some diseases have crystalline structures and rescind to sounds to transform and heal. These can also be used to help set the atmospheric frequencies in a room.
